Thermal cycling tester

The system is used to determine the breakage of plastic pipes and fittings subjected to a specified internal pressure.

International reference standards: ISO 10508, ASTM F 1335-98 and other equivalents.

The system is composed by following elements:

Technical features

Only testing pipes are subject to pressure and temperature increasing (all other parts of the system work at room temperature)
The system is equipped with access doors which facilitate the insertion of samples
Tests monitoring for each station through an integrated display
Test results are easily exported to Excel
Possibility to set pressure, flow and time of the test for each sample
Safety devices to ensure safety of operator.
Grundfoss pumps (made in Denmark) are used to bring pressure samples
Autofill of the tank
Pre-loading system for applying a starting voltage stress (optional)
Quick calibration system enables to adjust pressure and temperature while the samples are being tested
