Thermal Cycling Tester

This system is primarily used to determine the failure of plastic pipes and fittings when subjected to thermal cycling at a pre-set internal pressure.

It adheres to international reference standards such as ISO 10508, ASTM F 1335-98, and other equivalent norms.

The system comprises the following components:

Test Chamber
Cold Water Tank (with a refrigeration system and heat exchanger)
Hot Water Tank (with a heating system)
Control Panel
Flow Meter and Regulator (optional)

Additional Information

Only the pipes under test are subjected to increased pressure and temperature; all other system parts operate at ambient temperature.
The system has access doors on three sides to facilitate sample insertion.
Test monitoring for each individual station occurs via an integrated display within the system.
Test results are easily transferable to Excel worksheets for further processing.
For each sample, you can set the pressure, flow, and test duration.
The system is equipped with safety devices to ensure operator well-being.
Grundfos pumps (manufactured in Denmark) are used to pressurize the samples.
An automatic filling function ensures the tank remains full for the entire duration of the test.
Pre-loading system to apply an initial tensile stress (optional).
A quick calibration system allows for pressure and temperature calibration while samples are under test.
