Modular co-rotating 26mm twin-screw extruders are available with clamshell barrel inserts. Individual elements are mounted on hexagonal screw shafts for optimal screw flexibility.
Both twin-screw and single-screw extruders offer hopper feeding systems, a vacuum pump, various vent openings on the barrel, a twin-screw side feeder, a liquid feeder, a rapid filter change system, and a multitude of screw element types and combinations.
