The LFT44-GP Filter Tester features a gear pump and a design that allows molten material to flow linearly from the extruder directly to the filter. Filter replacement is quick and easy thanks to its rapid clamping system.
This machine is ideal for both quality control tests and the standardization of masterbatches and compounds. The fully computerized version includes a PC, complete with an ergonomic keyboard and mouse for convenient input of all test data. This advanced version automatically calculates the filter test value.
It’s also available in the LFT34-GP version, which features a 25mm single-screw extruder.
