Monolayer blow molding lines are fully automatic and can be connected to 20 mm and 25 mm single-screw extruders.
These lines utilize a dedicated die head for optimal color dispersion. A minimal amount of purging is required for color changes.
The blow molding lines can produce bottles from all types of blow-moldable resin. The system is hydraulic and is also equipped with considerable clamping force.
The 2-layer and 3-layer co-extrusion die heads are designed with the ability to adjust the parison thickness, ensuring uniformity in layer thickness across the entire bottle surface.
