With vacuum calibration for high strand diameter precision of ยฑ0.025 mm, the compact 3D printing filament production line is designed to produce filaments with diameters from 1.75 to 3.00 mm at line speeds up to 100 m/min, ensuring a homogeneous and void-free filament.
The 4-meter long filament calibration water consists of a stainless steel vacuum cooling tank and a calibration bath equipped with a water heater.
