With vacuum calibration for high strand diameter precision of ±0.025 mm, the compact 3D printing filament production line is designed to produce filaments with diameters from 1.75 to 3.00 mm at line speeds up to 100 m/min, ensuring a homogeneous and void-free filament.
The 4-meter long filament calibration water consists of a stainless steel vacuum cooling tank and a calibration bath equipped with a water heater.
