Consulting and Pre-Sales Support

AMSE draws on extensive experience built over the years, the international expertise of our represented companies, and, when needed, testing carried out in their laboratories — all to identify the ideal solution for our clients’ specific applications.

Possibility to organize demos and pre-tests both at our premises and at our partners’ facilities. Fast response times, never exceeding 48 hours from the first contact.

Calibration and Maintenance

Our primary goal is to safeguard our clients’ investments, ensuring they last as long as possible over time. This is why we recommend relying on AMSE and jointly planning the necessary interventions based on the operating conditions and frequency of use of the instruments.

All machines supplied by AMSE are delivered with a final test certificate issued by the manufacturer. Upon request, we provide periodic verification and calibration services using traceable instruments and issuing a final certificate. We also offer maintenance contracts tailored to individual customer needs.

Installation and Training

AMSE provides an installation service followed by training for personnel responsible for operating the purchased instrument. Given the importance of these activities — essential for the proper use and operation of the supplied systems — we pay special attention to ensuring they are carried out successfully and to the full satisfaction of the client.
Our technical team will support you from the initial site preparation phase, sharing the necessary installation requirements, through to machine start-up and the fine-tuning of testing methodologies.
Upon request, AMSE can also provide training services both remotely and on-site.
