• User-Friendly Design: The system is equipped with a color touch screen control panel that displays the most appropriate information and buttons for any given situation. You can perform tests without a computer, saving results directly to a USB stick. A voice notification function helps prevent operator errors.
• Enhanced Safety: The AGS-V includes a polycarbonate protective cover that shields the operator from sample debris. A safety interlock prevents testing operations if the cover is open. The “Intelligent Crosshead” function warns and stops excessive jig approach. A sensor detects changes in force (such as contact with hands) and immediately stops the crosshead in an emergency. A snap-action stroke limiter and an overload detection function prevent further damage.
• Self-Diagnosis Function: The machine constantly monitors its operational status, power supply voltage, and communication status. It immediately notifies the operator in the event of a failure and tracks usage hours to help schedule maintenance.
