The Ultra Micro cast film line is a compact, specialized system for producing plastic film through the flat die extrusion (or “cast film”) process, but on an extremely small scale.
These are the smallest polymer processing lines in the world. The heart of these systems is the micro-extruder with a conical screw, which offers the convenience of being able to use standard-sized pellets.
