Ultra micro 3 or 5 layers co-ex film blowing line

This is an extremely compact and sophisticated plastic film production line, designed to produce extruded film composed of 3 or 5 layers of different polymeric materials, simultaneously extruded and joined into a single structure.^The “ultra micro” designation highlights the exceptionally small dimensions of the plant and very low material consumption.

These are the smallest polymer processing lines in the world. The heart of these systems is the micro-extruder with a conical screw, which offers the convenience of being able to use standard-sized pellets.
