The Ultra Micro 3-Layer Cast Film Line is an extremely compact and sophisticated system designed to produce cast film composed of three layers of different polymeric materials, simultaneously extruded and joined into a single structure. The term “ultra micro” highlights the incredibly small dimensions of the equipment and its very low material consumption.
These are the smallest polymer processing lines in the world. The core of these systems is the micro-extruder with a conical screw, which offers the convenience of being able to use standard-sized pellets.
