The 26mm twin-screw extruder with co- and counter-rotating screws features a gear selector for easy switching. It’s built with a completely modular clamshell barrel design, where each barrel section has a length of 4 times the screw diameter.
It boasts a new high-torque gearbox that includes additional supporting shaft gears and a direct-drive gear pump for forced closed-loop oil lubrication and cooling.
