Single layer cast film & sheet lines

Single layer cast film & sheet lines are systems used for producing plastic films or thin sheets via a process called “cast film extrusion.” These systems are equipped with 145mm diameter rolls and a robust hydraulic system that ensures optimal pressure of the upper and lower rolls against the central roll.

The rolls are available in various widths (up to 400mm) and feature individual water or oil heating for each roll, guaranteeing precise thermal control. Each roll is equipped with an independent servo motor, while the motorized tilting mechanism allows the unit to be positioned both horizontally and vertically, offering maximum operational flexibility.
