Multilayer Cast Film and Sheet lines are cooling systems available in configurations ranging from 2 to 9 layers. These lines offer a wide variety of cooling rolls, with die widths between 100 and 800 mm, and extruder diameters from 12.5 to 45 mm, to accommodate diverse production needs.
The cooling systems feature 145 mm diameter rollers and a robust hydraulic system that ensures optimal pressure of the top and bottom rolls against the central roll. They are available with widths up to 400 mm and are equipped with individual water or oil heating for each roll, guaranteeing precise thermal control.
Every roll is fitted with an independent servomotor, while the motorized inclination mechanism allows the unit to be positioned both horizontally and vertically, offering maximum operational flexibility.

Available in 2 to 9 layer configurations, the high-speed systems (with speeds reaching up to 100 meters per minute) are designed to ensure high performance. This is thanks to a 400 mm diameter main chill roll positioned directly in front of the die. Following this, two additional 200 mm rollers complete the process, ensuring rapid and efficient film cooling. Available configurations support web widths of 700 or 900 mm. Thanks to the motorized inclination mechanism, the chill roll can be freely oriented horizontally, vertically, or inclined up to 45°, adapting to various production needs.
– Multilayer large combined chill roll and calendering attachment
The large chill roll solution, available for 2 to 9 layers, features rollers with diameters up to 250 mm. These are supported by a robust hydraulic system that ensures effective pressure of the upper and lower rolls against the central one. The motorized inclination mechanism allows for flexible positioning of the rolls, from horizontal to vertical, up to 45° inclinations, offering maximum adaptability to specific process requirements. These lines are available in various widths, up to 1200 mm, to meet diverse application needs.
