Mini single-layer cast film and sheet line

The new Mini single-layer cast film line is a further innovation designed to meet the needs of professional laboratories aiming to minimize costs.
This mini cast film line offers a wide range of opportunities for excellent developments in the field of plastic films intended for multiple applications.

The lines are supplied complete with a hopper, extruder, die, chill roll, nip rolls, and winder, all in reduced dimensions. The entire chill roll assembly is mounted on a bench cabinet, where the entire line occupies a floor space of approximately 1.5 meters in width by 0.7 meters in depth, with a height of 1.2 meters. The lower cabinet, equipped with a sliding base, houses all electrical components internally.
