The high-speed 3D printing filament production line is capable of producing filaments with diameters of 1.75 mm and 2.85 mm (other diameters are available upon request) and is compatible with all printer brands. It’s designed for 24/7 operation.
This line is built with state-of-the-art components, allowing for a maximum production speed of 130 m/min for most resin types, including PLA, PA, TPE, and even carbon fiber composites.
With a total length of 9.8 meters, the line consists of a 40mm single-screw extruder that can be optionally equipped with a drying hopper and an automatic loading system.
There’s also the option to equip the system with a Triple Chamber Water Cooling and Calibration Bath featuring three independent water tanks where the filament is guided before the calibration phase.
