Laboratory Pilot Lines

Film blowing lines

We offer a wide range of blown film lines for laboratory and pilot-scale applications (20–1000 mm, up to 11 co-extruded layers).
A variety of configurations is available, including oscillating haul-off units, high-stalk film towers, bubble control and stabilization systems, and downstream winders ranging from single- to multi-station, with automatic roll change.
These lines are compatible with extruders from 12 to 60 mm in diameter.

Cast Film & Sheet Lines

We offer a wide range of cast film and sheet lines in both monolayer and CO-EX configurations (with widths from 100 mm to over 1200 mm), suitable for use with single- and twin-screw extruders, including high-speed versions (up to 100 m/min).
Various roller system configurations are available — vertical, horizontal tilting, and C-type — with rollers up to 600 mm in diameter.
Lines can be integrated with MDO stretching units and single- or multi-station winders.

3D printer filament lines

The 3D filament extrusion lines offer compact and high-speed solutions (up to 130 m/min) for diameters ranging from 1.75 to 3.00 mm.
The compact version includes vacuum calibration and a thermostatic water bath to ensure homogeneous filament quality.
The high-speed line is suitable for various resins (PLA, PA, TPE, carbon fiber) and is compatible with different diameters and printer types.

Twin screw extruder

Our range of twin-screw extruders includes compact models (12 mm) for R&D, as well as larger versions (up to 36 mm) with modular configurations and options such as cooling systems, multiple feeders, and quick screen changers.
We also offer extruders specifically designed for the pharmaceutical sector (GMP-compliant) and high-torque models with wear-resistant barrels.
Flexible solutions are available for a wide range of compounding applications.

Filter tester

The Filter Testers (LFT44-GP, LFT34-GP with 25 mm single-screw extruder, and the compact LCFT34-GP with 20 mm extruder) are ideal for quality control and standardization of compounds and masterbatches.
They feature linear melt flow and quick screen changing.
Computerized versions are available with automatic filter test calculation.

Mini Scientific Lines

Our Mini Scientific Lines are compact solutions for laboratories and R&D, including cast and blown film lines (mono- and multi-layer) and a filament extrusion line.
We also offer a compact pelletizing line with underwater cutting for the production of compounds and masterbatches, as well as a COMBI line for both blown and cast film.
These space-saving lines support a wide range of polymer processing applications.

Ultra Micro Scientific Lines

The Ultra Micro Scientific Lines offer small-scale polymer processing solutions, ideal for R&D.
The range includes mono- and multi-layer blown and cast film lines, as well as a filament extrusion line.
A pelletizing line and a COMBI line for both blown and cast film are also available.
These lines use conical screw micro-extruders and support the use of standard pellets.

Bottle blow muolding lines

The automatic blow molding lines (mono- and multi-layer) are compatible with 20/25 mm single-screw extruders.
They use dedicated dies to ensure excellent color dispersion with minimal waste.
These hydraulic lines can produce bottles from any blow-moldable resin.
The co-extrusion dies (2 or 3 layers) ensure uniform layer thickness across the entire surface of the bottle.

High speed Mixers

Our high-speed mixers provide solutions for laboratory and pilot-scale applications, including benchtop models (1.5–10 liters) for precise mixing tasks.
High-power stainless steel laboratory versions are available with manual or computerized control, along with variable-speed mixers (25 and 75 liters) suitable for small-scale production.
Some models are equipped with cooling systems for temperature control.
