Seam Fatigue Tester

This machine is designed to visually measure and evaluate thread slippage and other defects that can occur in the three most common types of seams used in upholstery:

• Warp sewn to warp (edge-to-edge)

• Filling sewn to filling (layer-to-layer)

• Warp sewn to filling (flap-to-row)

The machine applies a cyclic, impact, and penetration load to stress the seams and simulate real-world conditions. This verifies the resistance and durability of the construction.
