An Ultra Micro COMBI cast & blown film line is an extremely compact and versatile plastic film extrusion system. It’s capable of operating with both the cast film extrusion process and the blown film extrusion process. This all happens on an “ultra micro” scale, meaning very small dimensions and extremely low material consumption. These are the smallest polymer processing lines in the world. The core of these systems is the micro-extruder with a conical screw, which offers the convenience of being able to use standard-sized pellets.
