Ovens and Furnaces

Natural convection ovens are ideal for all small-scale thermostatic applications.
They are available in various capacities: 40 Liters, 60 Liters, 80 Liters, 120 Liters, 250 Liters, 400 Liters, and 700 Liters. Mini versions of 8 Liters and 20 Liters are also available.

Key Features:

External structure made of steel treated with anti-acid epoxy paint.
Internal structure made of stainless steel with rounded corners.
Double-insulated door equipped with a silicone rubber gasket to ensure excellent sealing.
Door with tempered glass inspection window for Models M8-TB and M20-TB. M8-TB e M20-TB.
Thermal insulation with natural mineral fiber.
Temperature control via a digital P.I.D. thermoregulator/programmer with an Autotuning function to ensure good stability.

Mini Natural Convection Oven (8-20 Liters)

Temperature Range: From +5°C above ambient to +200°C, Internal Stability: ±1°C at +105°C

Mini Forced Convection Oven (8-20 Liters)

Temperature Range: From +5°C above ambient to +80°C, Internal Stability: ±0.5°C at +37°C
Display Accuracy: ±0.1°C (TB models), ±1°C (VN models).
For added protection, the units are equipped with a safety thermostat featuring a visual alarm and manual reset.
Internal shelves made of anti-tilt grilled steel, adjustable in height.
Hinged exhaust chimney with manual flow regulation, Ø 17.5 mm.
Heating elements are not in direct contact with the internal chamber but located in a pre-chamber to ensure uniform heating. Bipolar switch with indicator light.
Power Supply: 230 V – 50/60 Hz. Class: 2, DIN 12880.
