The Mini COMBI line for blown & cast film integrates the Mini Cast Film (LMCR-150) and Blown Film (LMF-200) units into a single, compact system, powered by a 16mm mini single-screw extruder. This solution offers significant savings in both cost and space, while ensuring flexible production for various needs with minimal material consumption.
Ideal for small-scale R&D and quality control samples, the COMBI line processes conventional polymers (PET, PE, Nylon), biodegradable polymers (PLA, TPS), and recycled materials, though with a reduced production capacity compared to larger systems.
The entire system is assembled on a robust, movable steel frame that houses all main power cables and electrical components, giving it a very tidy appearance with minimal visible connections to the extruder.
